During Keeneland’s blockbuster 2021 September Sale, 227 yearlings were sold during Book 1 for gross receipts of $94.7 million averaging $417,256 with a median price of $325,000. The median price of horses sold in Book 1 was 57% higher than in Book 2, while the Book 1 average was 59% higher.
